Installation and Care

Guidance from the FERREX catalogues that applies across the aluminium ceiling systems range.

Care and maintenance

  1. Field cutting: tiles can be cut on site for light fittings, ventilation grilles and firefighting equipment. Cutting should be done by experienced installers with suitable tools, taking care not to damage surrounding tiles.
  2. Cleaning: wipe dust off with a cloth. Remove grease and other stains with a light cleaner. Avoid heavy abrasive cleaners.
  3. Storage: store all ceiling components in a dry place and handle cartons with care to avoid damage.
  4. Access: tiles can be removed and fixtures added without special tools.
